Three Milan youngsters were on the scoresheet for the Italy U17 and U19 sides as they qualified for their respective European Championships on Tuesday.
Francesco Camarda got his third goal in two matches with a 91st minute penalty in a 2-2 draw against Finland, which was enough to secure a spot in the 2024 edition of the U17 European Championship, which will be held in Cyprus, beginning on May 20.

Sia is also the leading goalscorer for Milan’s Primavera side in 2023-24, with eight goals in the league and a further five in the UEFA Youth League, including the crucial equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in the quarter finals, which the Rossoneri eventually won 5-4 on penalties.
All three of Camarda, Sia and Zeroli have received individual praise from La Gazzetta dello Sport on Wednesday.
The pink paper details that sorting a professional contract for Camrda is among Milan’s top priorities, as ‘big’ clubs from across Europe are beginning to sit up and take notice of the teenage sensation.
With Camrda and Zeroli also making their senior debuts for Milan’s first team this season, La Gazzetta suggests that Stefano Pioli has plenty of exciting options already in-house heading into the 2024-25 campaign.
