Former Dodgers infielder Sheldon Neuse has re-signed with the Hashin Tigers in Japan. Neuse spent last season with the Tigers, and now will gear up for his second year with the team.
Just days after being declared a minor league free agent, former Oakland A’s utility man Sheldon Neuse could have a new home. According to Yahoo Japan, the Hanshin Tigers of Nippon Professional Baseball are closing in on a deal with Neuse.
It looks like Sheldon Neuse is not going anywhere. At least, not just yet. Neuse had been designated for assignment in a relatively surprising move on Saturday.
